Thinking about applying?

You do not need to tick every box to apply. We recognise that many people bring skills, knowledge and strengths that don’t always show up in a formal resume. Community based training, cultural knowledge, and lived experience are all respected and welcomed

This job is in the Violence, Abuse and Neglect area, so you will need to understand how to work in a trauma‑informed way. This means being able to work in a way that is respectful, patient and sensitive when working with people who may have experienced trauma and understanding how challenging material might also affect you

You will be joining a supportive team committed to culturally safe, trauma informed and respectful ways of working. Together, we drive policy, programs and projects that aim to prevent violence, respond safely when it occurs, and support healing for Aboriginal children, young people, adults and families across NSW
