About the role
With your skills and experience, you will play a vital role in strengthening the financial sustainability of one of Australia’s largest and most complex health systems. As a Senior Business Analyst, Program Delivery and Implementation you’ll manage and coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects and initiatives. You will undertake analysis of complex data, review reports, undertake research, provide administrative support and assist with system administration and maintenance.
You will work closely with the Associate Director, Program Delivery and Implementation to provide an organisation wide perspective to align interconnected strategic financial projects, prevent duplication and inefficiencies, and optimise resource allocation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Local Health Districts, pillars and Ministry teams, building strong relationships and work with them to support system-wide initiatives. Health Manager Level 3 starting salary from $132,236 - $150,222 plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development and implementation for a range of projects, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards.
- Undertake data analysis and research to formulate recommendations that support evidence-based project planning and decision making.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Manage a project team, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements, to successfully deliver all key project/s milestones and outcomes.
- Provide advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and to support project development and delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives and other project and priorities.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Demonstrated skills and experience in managing all stages of the policy project cycle (planning, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation).
- Demonstrated skills and experience in analysing and interpreting complex data from various sources.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
