We are seeking a high-performing individual to join Executive and Project Support team. This is a unique opportunity to support Senior Leaders and staff in the Branch across a range of projects and coordination activities. A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning will be critical as you support our broad portfolio of priorities, from statewide service planning, health economics, specialised technologies and patient experience. Previous experience in project support or management would be considered advantageous for this role. 

 

Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $113,574 - $125,720 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and implement branch wide projects and support the delivery of project milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and source and collate information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to ensure project outcomes are met.
  • Support development of project plans, communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Coordinate or support other branch wide activities as needed.


About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated, equivalent professional experience in project support or management.
  • The ability to balance competing demands to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
  • The ability to identify risk, issues, benefits and priorities and recommending solutions.
