What you'll be doing
The Business Coordinator provides specialised support to the Executive Director and coordinates directorate activities to ensure an efficient and effective operation, that supports the delivery of operational objectives. The role provides executive support and advice, coordinates and manages business improvement projects.

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) works with clinicians, consumers and system leaders to improve the health system in NSW. We design and implement new ways to deliver care for patients.
The ACI partners with the Ministry of Health, pillar organisations, local health districts, specialty networks, clinicians, patients and carers. We work together to achieve better value in healthcare by improving patient and provider experience, improving patient outcomes and delivering sustainable healthcare services.

- Demonstrated experience in the provision of professional executive services at a senior level in a complex environment.
- Proven expertise in completing tasks to deadline with limited supervision, close attention to detail, personal accountability and ability to act on constructive feedback.
- Understanding of government, including current approaches to preparing ministerial correspondence.
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, including identifying and proactively seeking solutions to business needs.
- Advanced oral and written communication, interpersonal, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative approach, and maintain strong positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully coordinate and manage competing priorities, deliver quality outcomes and meet tight deadlines while using judgment and discretion when needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, share knowledge and work co-operatively, take personal accountability to achieve specified business outcomes, with a strong commitment to learning and personal development.
