- Registered or eligible for registration with the relevant Dental Board/Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Bachelor of Dental Science or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
- Demonstrated technical and professional competence in the specialty, including appropriate and recent l experience within the specialty.
- Demonstrated participation in and commitment to quality improvement and accreditation activities relevant to the specialty.Demonstrated commitment to and participation in teaching of other health professionals, including staff and students in training.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi- disciplinary health care team and provide services at multiple clinics throughout the Far West Local Health District.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing medical education relevant to rural specialist practice.
