- 1. Current registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia, AHPRA.
- 2. Current unrestricted Class C NSW driver's license.
- 3. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to proactively engage with clients to enhance service delivery.
- 4. Demonstrated effective time management and organisation.
- 5. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence based practice and a commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.
- 6. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- 7. Proven experience working in a community setting with the aged and disabled population with an understanding of functional retraining, equipment prescription and home modifications.
- 8. Demonstrated knowledge of relevant community resources/services.
