- Please describe your understanding of Aboriginal social, political and cultural issues, cultural safety and applying such knowledge to the design and delivery of policies and strategies. What are the key challenges and strategies you have used to embed cultural safety in projects you have implemented?
- Please describe a project you managed or developed? What was your approach, how did you engage your stakeholders, did you achieve your goals on time and within budget? Did you experience any resistance and how did you manage it?
