Clinical Psychologist: $113,617.00 - $138,482.00 per annum
- Senior Psychologist: $123,974.00 - $134,338.00 per annum
In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Mental Health Professional to join the Early Intervention Psychosis (EIP) Team at Bankstown. This role sits within a highly skilled, multidisciplinary service delivering evidence-based, recovery-oriented care to people experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
The EIP team works closely with consumers, families, carers, and partner services to support early recovery and reduce the impact of psychosis on long-term outcomes. In this senior role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care coordination and specialist clinical interventions, ensuring care is responsive, strengths-based, and aligned with best practice.
You will work across a range of settings including hospital in reach, community clinics, and home visits, supporting consumers with complex presentations while contributing to service development, clinical evaluation, and workforce capability. This is a meaningful opportunity to apply your expertise while positively influencing service quality and consumer outcomes within a supportive and progressive team environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced mental health clinician who is passionate about early intervention, recovery-focused practice, and clinical leadership. As a senior clinician, you will enjoy providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to support the development of staff and promote high standards of clinical care. Your collaborative approach and sound clinical judgement will see you contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making, service improvement initiatives, and education and training activities.You will thrive in this role if you are motivated, confident, and committed to evidence-based practice, with a genuine interest in shaping positive outcomes for consumers and supporting the growth of others. Selection Criteria

- Relevant qualification/registration in one of the disciplines, as noted in the essential criteria (please refer to the position description).
- Describe a time you provided clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary mental health team while also managing your own clinical caseload.
- Provide an example of how you have delivered recovery oriented, person centred care to consumers with complex mental health needs within a legislative framework.
Do you have a current Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)? if you hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
