Senior Costing Officer Activity

• Demonstrated experience in activity based costing, activity based funding, performance reporting, benchmarking and quality review processes.
• Demonstrated understanding of health data systems used in NSW, particularly those related to patient care and costing (Power Performance Management); and an ability to analyse data to support health entities with costing processes.
• Demonstrated understanding of the NSW Health funding model and NSW/Commonwealth health systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial management principles, structures, processes and practices.
• Strong analytical and database modelling skills, including advanced experience in the use of Access and Excel software.
• Demonstrated experience in project and change management, with the ability to deliver results within projected and short timeframes.
• High level written, verbal and interpersonnel communication skills with the ability to positively interact with persons at varying levels.
