• Sound understanding and knowledge of the NSW Health system, including statutory responsibilities, current challenges and risks, and major cost drivers impacting on financial and budget management and planning
• Advanced skills and demonstrated experience in project planning, management, implementation and review.
• Demonstrated skills in relationship management, influencing, negotiating, consulting and communicating, both oral and written, on complex issues;
• Advanced conceptual thinking and analytical skills;
• High level issues management skills and ability to work within short timeframes on sensitive and complex matters and provide high level advice;
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business, economics, project management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• The position holder must be committed to ethical practice and demonstrate the capacity to implement and manage EEO, the Charter of Principles for a Culturally Diverse Society, and OHS policies and practices.
