To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Information technology and/or equivalent work experience
- Proven knowledge and experience in contemporary project management techniques and methods, with an ability to support all project delivery activities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk and issue management, and the ability to update risk registers, issue registers, action logs, schedules and other project management artefacts under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, the capacity to successfully complete several tasks concurrently and to manage competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable engagement with a broad range of stakeholders, preparation of clear and high quality documents, including meeting minutes and project status reports.
- Demonstrated ability and motivation to work as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Demonstrated high level proficiency with MS Office products (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably Project and Visio) to produce quality documentation.
- Ability to work 24 x 7 shifts during periods of Go-Live - availability and ability to work outside normal working hours (i.e. 24x7 operations) as required to support the project team during these periods.
