  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in procurement and contract management or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge in the development of procurement documentation and high-level contract management skills with the ability to facilitate the uptake of new contracts.
  4. Demonstrated effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet conflicting deadlines, including management of the completion of special projects.
  5. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills that lead the development of innovative solutions to meet workplace needs.
  6. Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
  7. Demonstrated ability to provide input, interpret, monitor, and evaluate policies, procedures, and standards.
  8. Ability and willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
