- Demonstrated extensive experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication, including interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships and work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated time management and organisation skills, including the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrates high level of computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data management systems or willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, and work in a multidisciplinary environment.
