To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Information Technology qualifications appropriate to the position and/ or relevant experience.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Experience in end-user support/customer service in a technology environment.
  4. Detailed knowledge of PC hardware and office applications with demonstrated experience in configuring and installing PC hardware and software in a network environment.
  5. Demonstrate effective time management and problem solving skills.
  6. Experience in project delivery.
  7. Demonstrated ability for accurate record keeping.
  8. Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across a multi-disciplined organisation.
  9. Exposure to PABX and voicemail configurations.
  10. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
