- Information Technology qualifications appropriate to the position and/ or relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in end-user support/customer service in a technology environment.
- Detailed knowledge of PC hardware and office applications with demonstrated experience in configuring and installing PC hardware and software in a network environment.
- Demonstrate effective time management and problem solving skills.
- Experience in project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability for accurate record keeping.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across a multi-disciplined organisation.
- Exposure to PABX and voicemail configurations.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
