- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in the development of instructional design in large-scale program or project environments across a variety of delivery methods.
- Proven history of designing and developing engaging learner focused eLearning modules and resources using digital tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond)
- Demonstrated experience building positive relationships and working effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to inform the design, development and validation of learning solutions and resources that are fit for purpose
- Qualifications in adult learning (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) or software implementation and/or other relevant experience in learning and development to support transformation programs, including a thorough understanding of adult learning principles.
- Sound communication skills (both written and verbal) including excellent attention to detail, the ability to create clear and compelling training materials, deliver engaging training and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make practical recommendations to increase engagement and adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment to meet objectives to tight deadlines
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

The preferred candidate may be required to undergo a functional assessment prior to appointment.
