  1. Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in the development of instructional design in large-scale program or project environments across a variety of delivery methods.
  2. Proven history of designing and developing engaging learner focused training, including the use of digital tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond).
  3. Demonstrated experience building positive relationships and working effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to inform the design, development and validation of learning solutions and resources that are fit for purpose.
  4. Qualifications in adult learning (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) or software implementation and/or other relevant experience in learning and development to support transformation programs, including a thorough understanding of adult learning principles.
  5. Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal) including excellent attention to detail, the ability to create clear and compelling training materials, deliver engaging training and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
  6. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make practical and pragmatic recommendations to increase engagement and adoption.
  7. Demonstrated ability to be highly adaptable, self-motivated, work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment to meet objectives to tight deadlines
  8. Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
