Head and Neck Cancer Nurse Coordinator

1. A Registered Nurse who has a minimum of 5 years full time post graduate experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in Cancer Nursing. In addition the applicant must have an approved post graduate qualification (minimum Grad Diploma/Certificate level) or evidence of working towards Masters level qualification, relevant to Cancer Nursing.
2. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and contribute nursing expertise to the improvement of care within a multidisciplinary care team.
3. Demonstrated experience utilising knowledge and advanced nursing skills in the assessment, care planning and provision of safe clinical care for patients with needs related to Cancer.
4. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement through the use of evidence to evaluate care and implement change.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated excellent collaborative, leadership and teaching skills.
