  1. Demonstrated experience in similar administrative/reception position.
  2. Demonstrated experience providing secretarial support to Committees.
  3. Ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency and contribute to a high performing team.
  4. Demonstrated experience with customer service.
  5. Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  6. Excellent written and communication skills with a wide range of stakeholder and clients.
  7. Demonstrated understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  8. Demonstrated and well developed planning, organisational and problem solving skills with the ability to show initiative.
