  2. Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  3. Demonstrated recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant speciality
  4. Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive
  5. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs
  6. Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise
  7. Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care
  8. Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace
