  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR management, employee relations, employment law, business, or other relevant field and / or professional experience in human resources management in a complex and diverse service industry organisation.
  2. A sound understanding of strategic and operational HR and employee relations, with a commitment to the development of contemporary HR business solutions.
  3. Proven experience in providing Workforce / HR advice and consultancy services, including the ability to manage case loads.
  4. Well-developed communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare complex written documents including briefs and reports.
  5. Resilience and ability to work at a fast pace with multiple priorities and challenges.
  6. Experience in assisting in the development of innovativeand contemporary workforce policies and strategies, and the potential to contribute to people and culture projects
  7. Demonstrated ability to consult effectively with key stakeholders including management, staff, industrial organisations, and external agencies.
  8. A sound knowledge of the legislation, regulative requirements and contemporary trends relating to HR management.
