To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
2.Demonstrated experience with medical record documentation and forms, and computerized clinical information systems, e.g. Cerner Millennium (PowerChart) and learning managements systems, e.g. My Health Learning.
3.Experience with the organization, development, delivery and evaluation of training, workshops or sessions with clinical and non-clinical staff, and the coordination of flexible training programs.
4.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write workflows, processes, business rules, prepare materials and reports, and give presentations.
5.Demonstrated experience in engaging stakeholders and negotiating change, effectively resolving multi-disciplinary issues and troubleshooting problems.
6.Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills with a high degree of flexibility to changing priorities and timeframes and the ability to meet deadlines whilst working independently or in a multidisciplinary team.
7.Understanding of the benefits that can be achieved by implementing the project solution(s) and electronic clinical documentation.
8.Demonstrated high level proficiency with MS Office products (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably Project and Visio) to produce quality training documentation.
9.Ability to work 24/7 shifts (outside of business hours) and travel to SWSLHD facilities as required, particularly during Go-Live.
