Selection Criteria:
- Registered nurse with a current licence to practice from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Holds a relevant post registration qualification in Mental Health and at least three (3) years’ experience working in a mental health setting.
- Demonstrated autonomy of decision making.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to support the growth and development of clinical skills and capabilities in colleagues through clinical supervision and mentorship.
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to Mental Health Recovery Principles and the NSW Health Core Values.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and health related applications.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence (Class C – unrestricted).
