- Studying towards a science degree at an approved University
- Must have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and use sound judgment, and work collaboratively and as part of a team as well as independently
- Interest in working in a pathology/diagnostic setting.
- Computing skills (including experience in MS-Office), experience with health system softwares desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage a workload, prioritise tasks and maintain accuracy and attention to detail, accuracy in undertaking all tasks
- Effective problem solving skills
- Self-motivation to improve/develop skills relevant to current practice
