What you'll be doing
Provide a range of administrative and clerical support services to the Mental Health Executive Team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
Primary functions of this role include:
Primary functions of this role include:
- Process and record requests for information including medical records in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. This includes Subpoenas and Court Orders etc.
- Providing Administrative support the various committees, including preparation of agenda and taking of minutes.
- Previous working experience providing administrative and information management support.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply relevant organisational policy and/or legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a proven ability to interpret and respond in writing to correspondence.
- Excellent computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency using MS Office and TRIM or a similar electronic filing system.
- Demonstrated ability to priorities work and meet deadlines in a high volume work environment.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, mange sensitive issues in a professional and customer focused manner.
- Experience in providing committee secretarial support, preparation of agendas/business papers and recordings of proceedings.
