  1. Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload
  2. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
  3. High level interpersonal, written and telephone communication skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as an effective team member in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
  5. Demonstrated computer literacy, including NSW Health systems (eg eMR, iPM, MRTS, PBRC)
  6. Demonstrated experience in a customer focussed / customer relations setting.
  7. Ability to display initiative and be adaptable to workplace change.
