What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience working in a health setting or frontline customer service role
- Demonstrated ability to work constructively and efficiently with both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability in the use of tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion.
- Demonstrated high level of organisational skills with the ability to meet timeframes and prioritise workloads.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of computer applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases.
- Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
