What you'll be doing
 

The main purpose of this role is to manage the community fundraising and engagement activities; donor relations and stewardship priorities while supporting the fundraising team to meet its income targets. A key element of the position is developing and executing awareness-raising and profile-building campaigns along with grant-seeking and reporting responsibilities.

  1. Superior interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills including demonstrated success in engaging and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  2. Excellent business skills including financial management, database utilisation and strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage issues and other duties as required.
  3. High-level organisational and time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage a number of projects with competing deadlines and ability to work flexible hours.
