About the Opportunity
As Test Analyst of our Health Support Applications team at eHealth NSW, you will be responsible for preparing and executing test cases that evaluate the functionality and compatibility with the intended operating environment of developed applications or software.

This role offers the opportunity to work on world-class rostering, payroll and health support applications in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will be a part of a high-performing, diverse and collaborative team that values innovation, quality and continuous learning.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and execute SIT and UAT test cases to assess software quality and production readiness  
  • Document and report test outcomes to support future application improvements and minimise defects  
  • Log and manage defects through ServiceNow during SIT and UAT phases  
  • Plan and coordinate testing schedules to maximise resource availability  
  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to testing processes and tools
  • Partner and influence stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve project and business outcomes  
  • Lead and coordinate UAT preparation and execution with nominated business users 


About you
We are looking for someone has:

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Test Analyst delivering IT applications and systems in large, complex environments such as payroll, rostering, food, linen or emergency services within healthcare (or equivalent), supported by relevant qualifications or experience.  
  • Demonstrated capability in designing and preparing test cases that validate functionality, integration and compatibility within target operating environments.  
  • Strong experience using Test Management tools and testing web-based applications end-to-end.  
  • A highly analytical and inquisitive mindset, with a passion for exploring new systems and assuring high-quality, reliable products.
