Test Amb Officer

1. Demonstrated knowledge of operational and clinical compliance and governance requirements and able to monitor and report against assigned controls and accountabilities within Ambulance’s reporting framework including clinical, risk, human resources, finances and operational performance.
2. Conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to use tools and resources to analyse and problem solve with particular emphasis on systems improvement and organisational change. Ability to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate rosters and coordination of workforce change management practice within establishment and budget.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing and motivational skills which demonstrate capacity to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in supporting NSW Ambulance values to create a healthy work place environment. Demonstrated understanding of Industrial Relations frameworks and processes and the ability to manage complex industrial relations.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and report against key performance indicators, oversee the conduct of audits and supervise support functions such as education and quality support.
6. Demonstrated people management skills, including providing staff support, staff development, performance management and the early identification of unacceptable workplace behaviors and taking appropriate action such as investigation, resolution and monitoring of harassment and bullying, grievance issues and conflict resolution.
7. Experience in a Control Centre environment with proven knowledge of policies, procedures and systems.
