Tech Manager UAT Test

• Knowledge or experience of the ServiceNow platform, including relevant attendance records where applicable.
• Demonstrated skills, experience or knowledge in working with a variety of software and information systems
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in working with web-based systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willingness to work effectively as part of a team in a fast changing environment and work productively with limited supervision and provide on call support when required.
• Ability to provide sound advice and solutions to business problems relating to ServiceNow
