Team Leader (Occupational Therapist Lvl 3) - Paediatric Services - Temp PT

1. Demonstrated high level clinical expertise and knowledge of a wide range of clinical conditions in Paediatrics including developmental care, special care nursery, high risk babies and outpatient clinics
2. Demonstrated experience leading quality improvement processes and involvement in service evaluation and development
3. Demonstrated experience implementing evidence into practice and knowledge and/or experience in research
4. Excellent time management skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
5. Demonstrated experience in the management, clinical supervision and mentoring of staff and/or students
6. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively adapt to ongoing change to achieve health service outcomes
7. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and computer literacy in a range of programs
8. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
