• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with relevant post registration qualifications applicable to HIV/Sexual Health and Research with at least 3 years recent full time equivalent HIV (including Sexual Health) clinical experience
• Recent experience in research, managing clinical trials and preparation of submissions to relevant Ethics and governing bodies. Demonstrated understanding of ICH-GCP principles for the conduct of Clinical Trials
• Evidence of advanced clinical practice in caring for clients with HIV and STI’s including demonstrated contribution to the development of clinical practice relating to HIV
• Demonstrated advanced leadership skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, quality care and team cohesion
• Evidence of personal time management capability, ability to prioritise and effective negotiation skills
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and electronic)
• Proven computer literacy (including eMR, CHOC and powerchart) and data management skills
