To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible

  1. Demonstrated interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  2. Physically capable of carrying out all duties including standing for long periods, lifting, pushing and pulling loads, as outlined in the Job Demands Checklist for this role
  3. Ability to follow directions from line management and senior staff and work independently under routine supervision
  4. Ability to relate well to others and work effectively as a member of a team
  5. Demonstrated understanding of WHS and infection control principles and how these pertain to the sterilisation service
  6. Sound attention to detail to ensure accuracy to meet required standard of the Sterilising Department
  7. Availability and capacity to participate in a 24 hour/ seven-day rotating roster which includes working all shifts, all days of the week including public holidays
