Test Requisition Nurse

1. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Recent clinical experience in the position speciality and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
3. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
4. Understanding of team nursing and demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
5. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload.
6. Demonstrated personal attributes including resilience, integrity and accountability.
