What you'll be doing
This is for testing of new Grade only.
The scientific instrument maker is based in the Engineering Services workshop at Sydney Dental Hospital and is responsible for the mechanical repairs and service work throughout Sydney Dental Hospital and Oral Health Services.

- Successful completion of a four year Australian recognised mechanical fitter or toolmaker apprenticeship
- Demonstrated experience with lathes and milling machines
- Experience repairing medical / dental equipment
- Proven extensive experience in plant and equipment maintenance in a commercial environment with exposure to pneumatic systems
- Ability to self start and work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to participate in SLHD Engineering Services Training and Skills Enhancement Programme
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
