What you'll be doing
Provide advanced clinical expertise and practice in clinical care provision and service development for people requiring specialist treatment. This will include providing advice and guidance at a district strategic level on clinical service planning, delivery development, practice and redesign in addition to undertaking supervisory, management and educative roles where required.
  • Advanced level of clinical expertise and practice in working with people requiring ongoing specialist treatment and high standing in the professional community.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate at high levels in the scientific community, work autonomously, use initiative and organise workload with minimal direct supervision.
  • Demonstrated capacity for planning, implementing, evaluating, reporting and providing advice in clinical service delivery, practice and redesign.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and overcome resistance when initiating and implementing change strategies within a team.
