What you'll be doing
The System Solutions and Support Manager manages the development, implementation and evaluation of highly complex and statewide employee and payroll system solutions to achieve business outcomes and support the achievement of organizational objectives. The role is responsible for providing stafflink functional specific and expert operational support in Employee services including providing specialized HR, Industrial Relations and Payroll Advice to ensure that the state-wide system developed complies with all legislative, statutory and Award requirements and conditions.
They are responsible for managing a team and an effective service delivery model which delivers an effect escalation and triage of employee and payroll system issues, solution investigation and user acceptance testing activities as well as managing and influencing key relationships with stakeholders to progress the resolutions of technical system issues to minimise impacts on employee and payroll services business lines, customers and employees
