What you'll be doing
- Experience in training delivery with a demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to use a blended learning approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of the challenges associated with establishing, maintaining and sustaining engagement with a volunteer workforce.
- Ability to build strong internal/external relationship networks, to promote learning and development concepts and interventions, team building and a respectful workplace.
- Demonstrated organisational skills to meet strict deadlines, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
