Remuneration: $68,594.99 - $70,161.91 per annum / $34.59 - $35.38 per hour
Hours Per Week: up to 38

What you'll be doing
As a Senior Security Officer (Team Leader), you will lead frontline security operations while actively supporting and mentoring your team to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors.
Lead, supervise and train a team of Security Officers
Monitor and respond to incidents using CCTV, alarms and access systems
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety strategies
De-escalate complex situations with professionalism and care
Partner with clinicians, police and emergency services to ensure safety

Essential Requirement:
Licence: Class 1A Licence as issued under the Security Industry Act 1997
Qualification: Certificate II in Security Guarding and Current Senior First Aid Certificate
Selection Criteria:
NSW Driver Licence with excellent driving record (full or provisional class C)
Excellent communication (verbal and written) including reporting and analytical capabilities
Experience in working in customer service role particularly dealing with traffic monitoring
Demonstrated ability to undertake customer service/ public relations role and managing difficult situations
Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn current and emerging security and IT systems
Demonstrated ability or significant experience in managing a team to meet the organisational deliverables
Excellent interpersonal skills
