About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Education & Training Lead to guide the successful implementation of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) transition strategy. This high-level leadership role will see you directly supporting over 23,000 staff across a large, complex assignment within just eight weeks of training and support delivery.
You will work closely with the Executive team and be backed by their full support to lead this vital transformation. This role requires someone who can confidently engage with professionals and managers at all levels of the organisation, navigating diverse teams and clinical environments with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting training needs analyses for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive orientation and training strategy across the site.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the SDPR transition strategy.
- Developing engaging educational resources, including high-quality eLearning modules.
- Coordinating training logistics, including budget planning, staffing, and infrastructure requirements.
- Mentoring and supporting Superusers in the delivery of unit-based education.
- Driving participation and engagement through creative and culturally respectful education initiatives.
