1. Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Paediatric Neurologist, and/or overseas trained specialist pathways
2. Demonstrated Specialist training in all aspects of general neurology, comprehensive training in all aspects of epilepsy management including competence in neurophysiology, and research experience in areas of paediatric neurology
3. Demonstrated and proven experience in the provision of clinical care of inpatients including epilepsy with sound expertise in conducting outpatient clinics in general neurology and epilepsy
4. Demonstrated recent clinical experience in paediatric neurology
5. Experience in diagnosis and treatment of complex epilepsy, ideally with experience in genetic and advanced neuroimaging technologies, drug and dietary therapies, epilepsy surgery
6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team
7. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
8. Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement
