- Demonstrated advanced skills in recovery focused therapeutic interventions and care co-ordination for people with complex mental health concerns and their families/carers.
- Demonstrated experience and competency in providing clinical and professional supervision, development of training and education and supporting staff in a variety of settings.
- Demonstrated capability to introduce and support innovative practice models to sustain quality service improvement.
- Knowledge and understanding of leadership and management processes and systems.
