- Proven experience in high level Medical administrative services including preparing a wide range of documents and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply billing policy/ procedures to achieve workflow outcomes. This includes the ability to quickly learn new software skills.
- Strong customer service experience and demonstrated use of sound interpersonal, communication, problem solving/conflict resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a team with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to complete tasks within defined timeframes, escalate appropriately and proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature.
- Proven ability to be accountable, proactive and take initiative to improve workflow.
