  1. Working towards a relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in assisting primary research activities, especially the preparation and management of ethics applications from initiation to completion.
  3. Familiarity with REGIS submission processes, ability to draft application documents, ability to coordinate responses to ethics committees, ability to troubleshoot, ability to manage communication with ethics/governance teams and other stakeholders as required.
  4. Excellent organisational skills including planning and attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively, with demonstrated experience in project management.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), including demonstrated experience with setting up agendas, taking minutes, initiating communication with, and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders including demonstrated skills in editing publications, presentations, reports.
  6. Demonstrated high level computer skills including using the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Teams, and Zoom. Demonstrated skills in setting up and facilitating Teams or Zoom-based meetings. Demonstrated skills in formatting publications, presentations, reports.
  7. Interest in and an understanding of the social science of immunisation and issues relating to vaccination acceptance and uptake.
  8. Familiarity with Jira and Jira management practices.
