Remuneration: $114,251.00 - $134,809.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
Hours Per Week: 38

About the Opportunity
To coordinate and support the delivery of the Reporting for Better Cancer Outcomes (RBCO) program, with a focus on quality improvement (QI), stakeholder engagement, and system performance enhancement across cancer services in NSW. Working as part of the Cancer System Priorities Team and the RBCO Program, the role leads and coordinates RBCO QI Knowledge Forums, supports clinical consultation processes related to RBCO indicators, and contributes to stakeholder engagement initiatives to strengthen health system performance and quality improvement capability.


Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience and knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in a project support officer role working with multiple projects and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and reviewing project documentation such as, project scoping documents, briefs and other narratives.
  • Understanding and experience in the health system and quality improvement methodologies would be desirable.

  1. Can you share an example of when you led or supported a project or a quality improvement initiative that required collaboration with clinicians and other stakeholders? What tools, processes, or methodologies did you use and how did you address any challenges?
  2. Tell us about a time when you had to work collaboratively across multiple teams to or departments to achieve a shared outcome. How did you align people with different priorities, and what was the result?
