What you'll be doing
Product Specialist – Directory is responsible for aiding the Directory Services Team with ensuring NSW Health Directory platform, including On-premise Active Directory and Azure AD is in alignment with NSW Health business and customer objectives. This will include product development, service lifecycle, strategy, road map and risk management for the NSW Health Directory platform.
  1. Extensive experience and a record of achievement in the design, delivery and support of Active Directory, both on-premise and Azure as a consultative/specialist and Directory Service subject matter expert capacity within a large and complex shared services environment, including relevant qualifications or equivalent.
  2. Demonstrated technical leadership, driving collaboration, developing future capabilities while integrating with legacy technologies to ensure successful outcomes in service provisioning and support.
  3. Demonstrated extensive experience in managing third parties and stakeholders with the ability to prioritise workloads in a high profile and challenging environment.
  4. Demonstrated extensive experience in contributing to the portfolio development for Directory Services ensuring solutions are aligned to NSW Health and customer requirements
  5. Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  6. Knowledge and experience with the complexities of migration and transformation of Government environments, the ability to produce technical and non-technical documentation of a high quality and consistent with the requirements of eHealth NSW customers that addresses on premise and cloud based Directory solutions and applications.
  7. Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
  8. Proven capacity to contribute to and promote strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage complex ICT projects.
