Targeted Questions (1-2 pages)
The targeted questions should be created by referring to the focus capabilities for the role. Use questions that are open ended and allow candidates to give examples of previous work/study to support the demonstration of at least 2 focus capabilities. These questions will also assist you at the shortlisting stage.

If you do not include responses to the below questions your application will not be considered.

1. Provide an example of a work project that you have assisted in managing. Describe your role. Did you assist in the planning, implementation, governance and reporting of the project? If so, what were your contributions.
2. Provide an example of a time when you have taken information from a range of sources, analysed it and made recommendations. Describe your approach and what was the result
