Remuneration: $131,830.72 - $135,397.65 per annum

This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to 52 weeks for 38 hours per week; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements.  There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.

About the role 

Providing a comprehensive clinical and pharmaceutical service in the designated specialised area(s) of the pharmacy department. Overseeing the operational aspects of the Oncology and Haematology inpatient and outpatient department/services and providing expert counsel on pharmacy matters to pharmacy and other clinical staff. 
 
Working closely with other senior roles to support the Director of Pharmacy to ensure the provision of safe and cost-effective medication management focusing on patient centered care to ensuring optimal health outcomes.
