- Previous experience working in a Medical Records Department.
- Computer skills and demonstrated knowledge and experience with computerized patient administration systems.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to determine integrity of data and to problem solve.
- Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, independently and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
