Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them. NSW Drivers Licence.
  2. Tertiary qualifications or Master degree in Social Work and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), including the ability to demonstrate a practical application of the AASW Code of Ethics; demonstrated experience as a Social Worker Level 2 or above.
  3. Demonstrate extensive specialist knowledge and experience at a Level 2 in life limiting illness in inpatient and outpatient palliative care.
  4. Demonstrated advanced clinical skills in comprehensive psycho-social assessments, counselling and therapeutic interventions, complex clinical casework, group work, advocacy and discharge planning.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as a collaborative member of multiple interdisciplinary teams.
  6. Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, complete and implement quality improvement and research activities.
  7. Demonstrated experience in the provision of supervision of social workers and social work students.
  8. Demonstrated well developed skills in written and verbal communication, computer literacy, time management, prioritisation, liaison and negotiation.
